Consultation Session
Start Your Healing Journey: Schedule Your Introductory Therapy Session.
Service Description
Your first psychotherapy consultation is a warm, welcoming space where you can openly share what’s on your mind and what brought you here. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other-so I can understand your unique story, your challenges, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This session is all about you feeling heard and supported as we explore how therapy might be a helpful step forward. I’ll also take time to explain how the process works, answer any questions you have, and talk about confidentiality and what you can expect moving ahead. Together, we’ll see if we’re the right fit and start to create a plan that feels comfortable and tailored just for you. This first meeting is the beginning of a trusting partnership focused on your growth, healing, and well-being.
